Selection Criteria
| Qualification | At least Masters Degree in the disciplines of Science (Chemistry / Physics / Biology / Natural and Allied Subjects etc.), Mathematics, Information Technology (MIT / Software Engineering), Humanities / Arts. |

| Professional Experience | Trainers must be at least Subject Specialist (BS-17) or equivalent / above. |
| Professional Trainings | Candidate should have attended at least 20-days of Professional Trainings preferably in the field related to STEM/STEAM/ Collaborative Learning / Activity Based Trainings / Project Based Learning Enquiry based learning / Problem solving and creative ideas generation etc. |
| Training Experience | He / she should have at least 20-days of experience in training conduct delivery preferably in the field related to STEM / STEAM Collaborative Learning / Activity Based Trainings / Project Based Learning / Enquiry based learning / Problem solving and creative ideas generation etc.. |
| Skills Required | He / she should possess subject expertise, pedagogical / andragogical understanding, IT skills, critical thinking & problem-solving skills along with abilities to communicate effectively. |
