9 The syllabus for the second term is attached.
10 Every school will generate question papers by logging into the Item Bank System (IBS) with GR code showing complete information of the school with EMIS code.
11 Marking should be ensured as per standardized keys and rubrics provided with the papers in BS.
12 All the Chief Executive Officers (DEAs) are requested to take necessary measures to ensure that all schools are aware of the schedule and guidelines for the conduct of 2nd Term SBA- 2023.
13 A copy is forwarded for information and necessary action to:

11 مارکنگ کو BS میں فراہم کردہ اسٹینڈرڈائزڈ کیز اور روبرکس کے مطابق یقینی بنایا جانا چاہیے۔
12 تمام چیف ایگزیکٹو افسران (DEAs) سے درخواست کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ یقینی بنائیں کہ تمام اسکول 2nd ٹرم SBA– 2023 کے انعقاد کے شیڈول اور گائیڈلائنز سے آگاہ ہیں۔
